A Few More ‘Butterflaps’

I love butterflies—always have.  When I was a kid I used to collect them, and then I wised up and ‘raised’ them instead; to eventually set them free instead of pinning them to a board.  My small casa here in Ciudad de Merida, Yucatan has a backyard full of weeds—hence a lot of butterflies.  They are very colorful flitting amongst the botanicals (and far be it for me to remove their habitat).
