Pescado frito (fried fish) – Canon EOS 5D Mk2 camera, with EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM lens,1/60s @ f/10, ISO 100, FL=58mm
Our first night on the island (Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, MX), we walked approximately one block to the beach and found Mininos Restaurant. Located under a palapa, right on the sand, Mininos was the perfect place to have our first dinner. I ordered Pescado frito (fried fish) with creamy garlic sauce (as you can see by the photo above, the presentation was impressive). And I forced myself to have two or three (I disremember the exact number) Cuba Libres (Rum & Cokes for you neophytes out there). The cost of my meal was $100 MXN ($7.70 USD).
