More Monkey Business

Love the monkey’s.  Captured this Spider Monkey Thursday morning, at Animaya, here in Merida, Yucatan, MX.  He was some considerable distance away, but my Canon EF 400mm f/5.6L USM super telephoto lens did a pretty good job of zeroing in on him.  It required tight framing in PSE11, but IQ (Image Quality) held up well.  Just watching these guys swing through the trees is a delight guaranteed to put a smile on your face.  I also heard a number of Howler Monkey’s, but I wasn’t able to get any images of them.  These images were all shot with my Canon EOS 5D Mk2 camera, and the above mentioned super telephoto lens. RAW conversion and post-edits were completed in PSE11.
